Print assembly and soldering of lead components
The department is able to perform leaded assembly, SDM assembly, wave- and brazing. Print assembly is performed accordingly to the RoHS directive.
We perform different soldering tasks, such as soldering of plugs, cables, prints, etc. We perform soldering with machines and by hand on print with leaded components. We follow work descriptions, BoM´s and drawings.

Mounting parts and complete items
If your electronic product is a part of a complex item, Orbital offers to mount the print card in the completed device. It may be mechanical parts, cables and packing.
Test
The electronics department has up-to-date measuring equipment for both manual and automatic tests. We are able to test all types of electronic equipment and we are able to establish the test results in reports.
After assembling print cards we exercise different processes, such as programming, test of function, calibration and adjustment.
We have our own test laboratory with different measuring equipment. It is important to us that our shipments always meet your and our own high demands of quality.
ESD loddepladser
Statisk elektricitet kan beskadige elektronik. Hvis elektronik bliver påvirket af statisk elektricitet, fejler det ikke nødvendigvis med det samme, men måske først op til 1 år efter, dvs. når printkortet for længst er ude hos slutbrugeren. For at undgå denne risiko er alle loddepladser og loddestationer i vores elektronikafdeling ESD-sikrede.
Coating
Hvis dine elektronikprodukter er udsat for ekstra hårde belastninger, tilbyder Orbitals elektronikafdeling forskellige løsninger indenfor coating, lakering og indstøbning. Det forbedrer holdbarheden væsentligt på dine printkort og elektronikprodukter. Så kan de også kan bruges i barske miljøer med fugt, slid, støv, kemikalier, korrosion osv.
