CAN open or the USB-interface may be used for configuration. Stand-alone usage is possible after configuration.
Description
OrbiVib3 CAN open
OrbiVib3 is designed to measure vibrations within the frequency range of 0-100 Hz. It is possible to use up to eight independent frequency bands which will monitor acceleration in speed within the chosen frequency area. It is possible to structure every single band pass filter, vibration maximum and time of reaction. The OrbiVib3 module has two digital RPM inputs which also can be used as input for the A-B encoder.
Two relay outputs can be programmed to singularly be activated via RPM or via vibration maximums. An integrated 100 samples data logger will detect all relevant excess information. The data logger stores the information with date stamps inside its non-volatile memory system.
Both CAN open and USB interfaces may be used to structure, monitor and control OrbiVib3.
Stand-alone is also possible after configuration.
An EDS file feeds the master all the necessary information in regards to the module and the CAN open data protocol.
